Joining the Pack

So, you’ve seen me online and decided I’m the right person to look after your pup. I’ve made the onboarding process as smooth as possible—here is how we make it happen.

1. The Meet & Greet

Every new relationship starts with a 30-minute chat.

Book Your Slot: Head to our Bookings Page and select a Meet & Greet.
The Location: We’ll meet somewhere local, like Ancoats Marina, so I can get to know you and your dog in a relaxed environment.
The Prep: Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our Meet & Greet Form. Please complete this before we meet so we have all the vital info on temperament and health ready to discuss.

2. Secure Access

Most of my clients are at work when we swing by, so we’ve made building access simple and secure.

Entry: You can specify your building access details (concierge, keypad codes, or fobs) through our secure system.
Key Holding: You can leave keys with a neighbor or concierge, or I can securely hold a set for you.
Security First: I use a professional, anonymous system. No addresses or names are ever attached to your keys, ensuring your home stays 100% safe.

3. The Manchester Weather ☔

It wouldn’t be Manchester without a bit of rain! While we don't let the weather stop the fun, we do respect your home.

The Towel Down: On wet days, I will always give your dog a thorough towel-dry before letting them back in.
Your Part: Please leave a towel out for me near the entrance on rainy days.
The Disclaimer: I’m a walker, not a groomer! While I’ll do my best to dry them off and save your floors, I can’t guarantee a sparkling clean dog after a muddy stroll.

4. Easy Online Booking & Payment

Once the Meet & Greet is done, you’re officially part of the pack.

Lock it In: Simply login to the site, pick your dates, and secure your slot.
Seamless Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online checkout. No more chasing bank transfers or carrying cash—it's all handled instantly.
The Extras: Need your dog fed or tucked into their crate after the walk? Just let me know your routine when you book and I’ll handle the rest.
